1. Job Description
- Grasp customer needs, proactively propose the most suitable solutions and services.
- Commit to sales KPIs (specific KPIs by month).
- Make proposals, plans, quotations and take the main responsibility in presentations and pitching.
- Solving problems that occur in the process of searching, negotiating and signing contracts.
- Coordinate with the project team in implementing and achieving the committed KPIs.
- Building, managing and training the account team.
- Report work to the Sales Manager and Account Manager.
2. Requirements
- Have 3 years or more of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Good logical thinking.
- Strategizing and project management skills.
- Ensure the overall progress of the project, communicate with customers, report.
- Risk management skills.
- Have human resource management skills: Evaluate effectiveness, train employees.
- Good office informatics.
- There is a personal laptop.
